Avante is a lovely Guest House in Clarens, walking distance from town.

One room on the ground floor with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Above the room is the lounge. The large dining room  has an open verandah, there is a kitchen which is fully equipped as well as a wash-up room. There are also two family rooms. One with a double bed and one with two single beds. These two rooms share a bathroom with a shower. Another room up the stairs, with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Stunning View!
The house offers 5 bedrooms:

3 en-suite bedrooms with double beds (two with showers and one with a bath).
2 rooms sharing a bathroom (with a shower) for a family.
1 room with a double bed and 1 room with a three quarter and a single bed.
The one bedroom is part of the house but a complete separate entrance, with stairs to the first floor. This room is much bigger than the other bedrooms and has a spectacular view on the mountains, with a fireplace.

All bedrooms have electric heaters, electric blankets, a fridge, microwave and down duvets.
