The house was beautifully built about 5 years ago by a genuine master builder, Carlo Di Mezza, a Clarens local taught this craft by his Italian father. The style of the house is modern "Free State vernacular". Built on a prime stand of just over 2000 sq meters in a quiet part of town but only 10 minutes walk from the town square. 75% of the property has an established garden, the rest has been left to reflect the natural Eastern Free State "grassland" with very large poplars at the bottom of the garden, just next to the stream.
