General Details

Our Main Guest House is situated next to a dam and has a lovely view over the dam and mountains.
We have three double rooms, one downstairs and two upstairs.
The rooms are all spacious, comfortable rooms with queen size beds, en suite bathrooms, TV, under floor heating, convenience fridge and kettle with tea, coffee and milk.
The rooms all have a beautiful view over the dam and mountains.

ROOM 4
Our Room 4 is situated next to the annex and Main Guest house.
The room has no star rating, but is spacious and comfortable with a view over the dam.
It is a large double room with a queen size bed and en suite bathroom. It has under floor heating, a convenience fridge and a coffee/tea tray. It has its own entrance from the garden.
Guests have breakfast at the Main Guest house.

LAKESIDE MANOR ( LAKE CLARENS GH ANNEX - ROOMS 5 & 6  - Self catering option)
This house next to our Main Guest House has no star-rating, but accommodation is of a very high standard.
It has a large, sunny living/dining room with a TV and a view over the dam, and a large garden for children to play in.
A large, self-contained kitchen with all the amenities and a microwave.
The two comfortable double bedrooms have double beds and en suite bathrooms.
There are two single beds in the TV area.
Guests are welcome to make their own breakfast (self catering) or have breakfast at the Main Guest House.

LAKE CLARENS  FLAT (Self catering option)
This exquisite two bedroom flat is situated next the Main Guest House with its own entrance from a small private garden with a gate that can be locked for guests with small children and/or dogs.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and en suite bathroom with bath.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. It has a double door that opens into the garden.
The Living/dining room has a table with four chairs, a comfortable coach and TV. It has a double door that opens into the garden – with a lovely view over the dam and mountains.
The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, etc.
When our guests are a couple, nobody occupies the other room. Or when a single person occupies the flat, he/she will have it to him/herself.

ALL UNITS IS EQUIPED WITH HEATED TOWEL RAILS, WARM BLANKETS  AND UNDERFLOOR HEATING
