Clarens on Collett is a large home that has been made into 2 different and separate facilities, the House and the Clarinet Flat.
If booked together the two units could accommodate a large party of up to 9 adults and children, or separately as 2 different parties with their own private areas.
Clarens On Collett - House:
This sunny North facing house is modern and spacious with views of the surrounding mountains and of the iconic Mount Horeb which overlooks Clarens. Situated up a quiet street in the Kloof suburb of Clarens which is also walking distance from the centre of town. The large garden is well kept and has many trees and abundant bird life.
It contains 3 bedrooms, as follows: the first bedroom is a twin or king bedroom with a small wardrobe, the second bedroom is a queen bedroom with built-in cupboards and access to the patio along the front of the house, and the third bedroom is a twin bedroom also with access to the patio. Upon entering the premises, one finds the entrance patio which leads through the front door into the spacious open plan living area dining room which has a TV with Full DStv Bouquet and an anthracite burning fireplace (provided). From here an arch leads into the large, modern kitchen and scullery with washing machine and tumble dryer. From the kitchen/living area, a corridor runs the length of the house leads to the three rooms and the Clarinet Flat, and contains the bathroom which has a shower and bath as well as an additional guest toilet.
Secure off-street parking is provided for guests.
Dish washer provided in the Main house only - one tablet provided per day.
Clarens on Collett – Clarinet Flat:
The Clarinet Flat is a private flat that may be rented on its own or with the rest of the house and is a comfortable self-catering accommodation for a couple plus 1 other adult or child, by having a queen size bed and single sleeper couch in the room and a second, smaller room with kitchenette (two plate stove/convection oven, also with fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and sink. From this room is the bathroom containing a shower. The main room has a TV & Full DStv. There is a separate entrance to this flat via a staircase from the balcony but can also be reached through the Main House should they be booked together. Patio furniture and a braai are provided on the balcony.
Off street parking is provided through a separate entrance to this flat.
