Golf Villa 206 is a luxurious four bedroom retreat located within the Clarens Golf and Leisure Estate. Designed for comfort and style, the villa accommodates up to eight guests and offers a seamless blend of modern living, elegant finishes, and exceptional indoor and outdoor entertainment areas. With the town of Clarens just a short drive away, guests can enjoy both tranquillity and convenient access to local attractions.
BEDROOMS AND LAYOUT
The villa features four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each furnished with a queen size bed. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, an en suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower, a walk in wardrobe with a dressing table, and direct access to the outdoor entertainment area and swimming pool. The remaining three bedrooms each include a queen size bed, an en suite bathroom with a shower, and built in cupboards.
The layout includes a dedicated TV room with a large screen TV and comfortable leather couches, ideal for relaxing or enjoying movie nights.
BATHROOMS
The master en suite bathroom includes a bath and a shower. Each of the three additional bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom fitted with a shower, offering privacy and convenience for all guests.
