Golf Villa 38 is a large free standing Golf Villa set up against the highest part of the Clarens Golf Estate. The Villa has 6 bedrooms and is able to accommodate up to 12 adults and 2 children. The Villa is fully equipped for all your needs and has amazing views of the Clarens Valley. The Villa consists of the following:

A few stairs down to the first landing, the third floor of the Villa, opens up onto a large living area, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with gas and electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, large freezer/fridge combo and all required cutlery and crockery. In the scullery there is also a washing machine/tumble dryer combination as well as a dishwasher.

Also on the first landing (open plan) is the living area, consisting of a large flat screen TV with full DStv and DVD player and comfortable couches seating up to 10, as well as a dining table seating 8. There is a fireplace (wood, not provided) in the living area as well as air-conditioning in all areas of the first landing. Through the glass doors on the first landing is the bar and braai area, which has a large built in braai (wood, not provided) as well as gas griller. The large bar has bar stools as well as a bar fridge and ice-maker. The entire first landing has a balcony with patio furniture and a Webber braai, running the length of the building and accessible from both the living area, kitchen area and braai/bar area. Lastly, there is a guest toilet on the first landing. Wifi is provided throughout the Villa.

Down the stairs to the second floor you will find four spacious bedrooms as follows:
All rooms are equipped with electric blankets, heaters and ceiling fans.
Green Room – Queen Size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and oval bath, access to balcony.
Blue Room and Lime Room – two rooms with twin single beds in each sharing a bathroom with shower and oval bath, access to balcony.
Red Room – Queen Size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and oval bath, access to balcony.

Down one more flight of stairs brings you to the Ground Floor. The ground floor has two more rooms, called the Aloe room, which is equipped with two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with shower and oval bath, electric blankets, and a heater and ceiling fan; and the Family room, which is equipped with a double bed and two single beds in bunk bed formation, along with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This room also has access to the front lawn. On the ground floor is also an entertainment area, which has a large flat screen TV with DStv, as well as a snooker/pool table and access to the front lawn.

6 berth off street parking in driveway, unfortunately guests will not have access to the double garage.
Servicing available at extra cost, to be advised, between 10 – 12 am strictly – to be arranged with your guest-house care representative.

By making a booking at a property on the Clarens Golf Estate guests agree to abide by the House Rules attached to booking confirmation letter. A R2000.00 refundable breakage deposit is required for all reservations at Golf Villa 38.
