Golf Villa 39 is a large free standing Golf Villa set up against the highest part of the Clarens Golf Estate. The Villa has 5 bedrooms and is able to accommodate up to 10 guests comfortably. The Villa is fully equipped for all your needs and has amazing views of the Clarens Valley. The Villa consists of the following:

Situated at street level, the top floor of the Villa is a large kitchen, living and entertainment area, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, kettle, large freezer/fridge combo and all required cutlery and crockery. Also on this floor (open plan) is the living area, consisting of a large flat screen TV with full DStv and DVD player and comfortable couches seating up to 10, as well as a dining table seating 8. There is a fireplace (wood burning, wood not provided) in the living area. Through the glass doors on the first landing is the indoor braai area, which has a large built in braai (wood burning, wood not provided), comfortable couches and another dining table.
Room 1 – Lastly, the first bedroom of the house is situated on this level and is equipped with a double bed and en-suite bathroom.

Down the stairs to the second floor you will find four spacious bedrooms as follows:
All rooms are equipped with electric blankets and heaters.
Room 2: Master Bedroom – spacious room with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and oval bath, access to the deck.
Room 3 – Two single beds, ideal for kids, this room has a unique en-suite bathroom “hidden” by the built in cupboards and access to the deck.
Room 4 – Double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and access to the deck.
Room 5 – Two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower.

Double garage and outside parking for up to 4 more vehicles.
Servicing available at extra cost (cost to be advised) between 10 – 12 am strictly – to be arranged with your guest-house care representative at least 72 hours before arrival
