Upper Level:

A large open plan living space comprises a lounge area with a TV, a dining area with 8 seater dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen is furnished with a microwave oven, 4 plate gas hob, electric oven, toaster, sandwich press, and kettle. All necessary utensils and cutlery/crockery are provided. From the kitchen leads a small scullery containing a fridge freezer and sink and into the double garage which also contains a washing machine and a dryer.

The Upper level also contains the master bedroom, containing a double bed, a dresser, built-in cupboards, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The living area and the master bedroom both lead out to a large covered patio, which contains a large table, a built-in braai (wood/charcoal), and has stunning views over the back nine of the course and up into Clarens.

Lower Level:

The Lower level contains two bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, the other with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Both rooms have dressing tables, built-in cupboards, and outside access. Between them is the second living area, which contains a couch and a TV.

This venue is carefully looked after and is an ideal venue for families and other groups to enjoy the peace and beautiful views of the Clarens Golf Estate.
