Il Nido, meaning The Nest, is named for its peaceful setting tucked into the foothills of the mountains surrounding Clarens. This welcoming home offers comfort, space, and beautiful natural surroundings. With four bedrooms and generous living areas, the property can accommodate up to 8 guests. Il Nido is located within walking distance of the town centre, making it an ideal base for exploring Clarens while enjoying a quiet mountain retreat.
BEDROOMS AND LAYOUT
The house features four well appointed bedrooms. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, built in cupboards, an en suite bathroom with both bath and shower, and its own private entrance leading to the garden. The second bedroom contains two single beds, a wardrobe, and its own entrance. The third bedroom offers two single beds and built in cupboards. The fourth bedroom includes a queen size bed, built in cupboards, and its own entrance. Rooms two, three, and four share a full bathroom with a bath and shower, and there is an additional guest toilet off the foyer.
BATHROOMS
The master bedroom has a private en suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. A shared bathroom serves bedrooms two, three, and four and includes a bath and shower. A separate guest toilet is located near the foyer for added convenience.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is spacious, modern, and fully equipped for self catering. It forms part of the open plan living area and provides ample counter space, quality appliances, and everything needed for comfortable meal preparation.
