ABOUT GOLF VILLA 38
Golf Villa 38 is a spacious free standing villa set high on the Clarens Golf Estate with sweeping views of the Clarens Valley. The villa accommodates up to twelve adults and two children across six bedrooms. It is fully equipped for a comfortable stay and offers easy access to the attractions of Clarens and the surrounding mountains.

BEDROOMS AND LAYOUT
The villa is arranged over three levels.
On the third floor you will find the main living level.
The second floor has four bedrooms. All rooms include electric blankets, heaters and ceiling fans. The Green Room has a queen size bed, an en suite bathroom with shower and oval bath, and access to the balcony. The Blue Room and Lime Room each have twin single beds and share a bathroom with a shower and oval bath, with balcony access. The Red Room has a queen size bed, an en suite bathroom with shower and oval bath, and balcony access.
The ground floor has two additional rooms. The Aloe Room has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower and oval bath, along with electric blankets, a heater and ceiling fan. The Family Room has a double bed and two single bunk beds, an en suite bathroom with a shower, and access to the front lawn.

BATHROOMS
The villa includes multiple en suite bathrooms with showers and oval baths, as well as a shared bathroom on the second floor for the Blue and Lime Rooms. A guest toilet is located on the main living level. All bathrooms are spacious and designed for comfort.

KITCHEN
The kitchen on the third floor is fully equipped with a gas and electric hob, oven, microwave, kettle, and a large fridge and freezer combination. All required cutlery and crockery are provided. The adjoining scullery includes a washing machine and tumble dryer combination as well as a dishwasher.

LIVING AREAS AND ADDITIONAL SPACES
The main living area features a large flat screen TV with full DStv and a DVD player, comfortable seating for up to ten guests, and a dining table for eight. A wood burning fireplace is available, and air conditioning is installed throughout this level.
Glass doors lead to the bar and braai area, which includes a built in wood braai, a gas griller, a bar with stools, a bar fridge and an ice maker. The entire level opens onto a long balcony furnished with patio seating and a Webber braai.
The ground floor entertainment area includes a large flat screen TV with DStv, a snooker and pool table, and direct access to the front lawn.
