ABOUT 17 PADDOCKS
17 Paddocks is a fully furnished three bedroom self-catering home located in a secure complex in Clarens. It offers comfortable accommodation for up to six guests with flexible bed configurations, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, and modern conveniences including wifi, electric blankets and a solar and inverter system. The house is designed for relaxed stays, with an inviting indoor braai area, open plan living spaces and easy flow to an outdoor patio.
BEDROOMS AND LAYOUT
The house has three bedrooms, each offering either twin beds or a king size bed depending on your preferred setup. The first bedroom includes built-in cupboards and a dresser. The second bedroom also has built-in cupboards. These two rooms share a separate bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, basin and toilet.
The master bedroom features the same flexible bed setup, along with a dresser and mirror, and has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. All bedrooms are fitted with electric blankets and silent ceiling fans for added comfort.
BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms in total. The shared bathroom includes a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. Both bathrooms are easily accessible and well-maintained.
KITCHEN
The kitchen forms part of the open plan living area and is fully equipped for self-catering. It includes all necessary cutlery and crockery, a fridge and freezer, four plate stove and oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The layout allows for easy meal preparation while still being part of the social space.
LIVING AREAS AND ADDITIONAL SPACES
The entrance leads into a bright indoor braai area and sun-room with concertina doors that can be opened during good weather. This space flows into the open plan living and dining area, furnished with an L-shaped couch and a six-seater dining table. A wood-burning stove-style fireplace is located in this area for added warmth, although wood is not provided.
A sliding door opens from the living area onto a covered outdoor patio at the back of the house. Silent ceiling fans are installed throughout the living spaces.
The property includes a single garage and additional parking for one vehicle, as well as access to a communal grassed area at the front. Smoking is not permitted inside the house but is allowed outdoors.
