17 Paddocks is a fully furnished 3-bedroom self-catering house in a secure complex in Clarens. It has an entrance into an indoor built-in braai area and sun-room with concertina doors. These doors can open up during good weather. This area leads to the open-plan living room and dining area.  There’s also a 6-seater dining room table. The kitchen is part of this open-plan living space. It contains all necessary cutlery and crockery. It also includes a fridge/freezer, four-plate stove, oven, microwave, kettle, and toaster. A sliding door from the kitchen opens up to the outside undercover patio. Additionally, there’s a wood-burning stove-type fireplace in the open-plan area (wood not provided). Wifi provided

The bedrooms offer flexibility with either twin bed or king bed set-ups. They can accommodate up to 6 guests in singles or couples configuration. The 1st and 2nd bedrooms each offer either two single beds or a king-size bed (set-up as requested). They share a separate bathroom with a bath, shower, basin, and toilet. The Master bedroom also provides the option of twin beds or a king-size bed (set-up as requested). It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet. All beds come with electric blankets for added comfort.

The house also includes a single garage and parking for one additional vehicle. Outside, there’s a communal grassed area located in the front.
