We act as marketing and booking agents for independently owned self‑catering accommodation venues and activity providers. We manage the booking process on behalf of property owners and activity providers, including enquiries, confirmations, amendments, cancellations, guest communication, and general assistance. All property and activity information, availability, rates, and policies are supplied directly by the respective property owners and activity providers. Mountain Odyssey, the property owners and the activity providers reserve the right to make changes to the information, prices, amenities and terms and conditons of their offerings at their own discretion from time to time.
All bookings constitute a direct agreement between the guest and the property owner or activity provider. Although we assist with communication, administration, and dispute mediation, we are not a contracting party to any booking. All payments are made directly to the property owner or activity rovider, who remain solely responsible for honouring bookings, issuing refunds, maintaining the property, and complying with applicable laws.
We cannot control or guarantee the actions, decisions, or performance of property owners or activity providers. Accordingly, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, inconvenience, or claim arising from or related to a booking or stay, including but not limited to property closures, failure to honour a reservation, non‑payment of refunds, misrepresentation, or changes in availability.
By using our services, guests acknowledge that our role is limited to facilitating and managing the booking process and that final responsibility for the accommodation and activity service rests with the property owner or activity provider.
