ABOUT 18 PADDOCKS
18 Paddocks is a newly built and beautifully furnished three bedroom self-catering home located in a secure complex in Clarens. Designed for comfort and convenience, it offers flexible sleeping arrangements for up to six guests, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas and modern features including wifi and a wood-burning fireplace. The home is ideal for families, couples or groups looking for a relaxed and contemporary stay close to the village.

BEDROOMS AND LAYOUT
All three bedrooms offer either twin beds or a king size bed, set up according to your preference. The first bedroom includes built-in cupboards and a dresser. The second bedroom also features built-in cupboards. These two rooms share a separate bathroom equipped with a bath, shower, basin and toilet.
The master bedroom includes the same flexible bed setup and has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet, along with a dresser and mirror. The layout allows for any combination of singles or couples, accommodating up to six guests comfortably.

BATHROOMS
There are two bathrooms in total. The shared bathroom includes a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, basin and toilet. Both bathrooms are modern, clean and easily accessible from the bedrooms.

KITCHEN
The kitchen forms part of the open plan living area and is fully equipped for self-catering. It includes all necessary cutlery and crockery, a fridge and freezer, four plate stove and oven, microwave, kettle and toaster. The layout allows guests to prepare meals while still being part of the social space.

LIVING AREAS AND ADDITIONAL SPACES
The entrance leads into a bright indoor braai area and sun-room with concertina doors that can be opened during good weather. This space flows into the open plan living and dining area, furnished with an L-shaped couch and a six-seater dining table. A wood-burning stove-style fireplace is located in this area for added warmth, although wood is not provided.
A sliding door opens from the living area onto a covered outdoor patio at the back of the house. The home includes a TV with Netflix for entertainment.
Dedicated parking is available for one vehicle, with space for a second vehicle just beyond it. The garage is locked and not available for guest use. The house is strictly non-smoking indoors, with smoking permitted outside.
