Golf Course View is a spacious four bedroom self catering villa located within the Clarens Golf and Leisure Estate, just 2.5 km from the town of Clarens. With wide open views over the golf course and towards the village, this home offers a relaxed and comfortable getaway for families or groups of friends. The villa accommodates up to eight guests and provides a peaceful setting with easy access to Clarens and its attractions.

BEDROOMS AND LAYOUT
The villa features four large en suite bedrooms, each designed for comfort and privacy. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, an en suite bathroom with both bath and shower, and a private balcony with views over the estate. Bedrooms two and three each offer double beds and en suite bathrooms with bath and shower. The fourth bedroom has a double bed, an en suite bathroom with bath and shower, and its own private entrance for added independence. All bedrooms are equipped with their own television.

BATHROOMS
Each of the four bedrooms has a private en suite bathroom. All bathrooms include both a bath and a shower, providing convenience and comfort for all guests.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen is designed for easy self catering and includes all essential appliances and utensils. It offers ample space for meal preparation and connects conveniently to the open plan living and dining areas.

The open plan living and dining area features comfortable seating, a television, a large dining table and a gas fireplace. This space opens onto a patio with braai facilities and an entertainment area that includes a bar, making it ideal for relaxed gatherings with views over the golf course.
