ABOUT GOLF VILLA 169 PEACH ORCHARD
Golf Villa 169 Peach Orchard is a beautifully appointed self catering villa located on the Clarens Golf Estate. The villa offers comfort, style and peaceful surroundings, making it ideal for families, couples or small groups. It accommodates up to four guests in two en suite bedrooms and is positioned within easy reach of the estate facilities and the town of Clarens.

BEDROOMS AND LAYOUT
The main bedroom features a double bed and an en suite bathroom with both bath and shower. This room includes a television with Netflix. The second bedroom is also en suite with a bath and shower and contains two single beds. Peach Orchard is semi attached to another villa.

BATHROOMS
Both bathrooms are spacious and fitted with a bath and shower. Towels are provided for all guests.

KITCHEN
The villa offers a fully equipped modern kitchen designed for convenient self catering. It includes quality appliances and a washing machine, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay.

LIVING AREAS AND ADDITIONAL SPACES
The open plan living area includes a television with Netflix and a gas fireplace. DStv can be arranged for special occasions such as sports at an additional cost of R30.00 per day, arranged with the Guesthouse Care Representative at least 48 hours before check in. Sliding doors lead from the living area onto a verandah with a wood and charcoal braai and beautiful views. A wood burning fireplace is also located on the verandah.
