ABOUT GOLF VILLA 39
Golf Villa 39 is a spacious free standing villa set high on the Clarens Golf Estate, offering sweeping views of the Clarens Valley. The villa accommodates up to 10 guests in five comfortable bedrooms and provides a peaceful setting close to the golf course and all that Clarens has to offer. Fully equipped and designed for relaxed group stays, it is ideal for families, friends and golfers seeking comfort and convenience.

BEDROOMS AND LAYOUT
The villa offers five well appointed bedrooms spread across two levels.
On the top floor you will find the first bedroom, furnished with a double bed and an en suite bathroom.
The lower level features four additional bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, an en suite bathroom with both shower and oval bath, and direct access to the deck. Another bedroom offers two single beds and a unique en suite bathroom concealed behind built in cupboards, also with access to the deck. A further double room includes an en suite bathroom with shower and deck access. The final bedroom has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with electric blankets and heaters for added comfort.

BATHROOMS
Each of the five bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom. The master bathroom includes a shower and oval bath, while the remaining bathrooms offer showers. All bathrooms are designed for convenience and privacy, ensuring a comfortable stay for all guests.

KITCHEN
The top floor features a large fully equipped kitchen with an oven and hob, microwave, kettle, a large fridge and freezer combination, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. The layout allows for easy meal preparation and social cooking, making it ideal for group stays.

LIVING AREAS AND ADDITIONAL SPACES
The open plan living area on the top floor includes a spacious lounge with a large flat screen TV, full DStv, DVD player, and comfortable seating for up to 10 guests. A dining table seating 8 is positioned nearby. A wood burning fireplace is available for use, although wood is not provided.
Through glass doors you will find an indoor braai area with a built in gas braai, gas provided, additional couches, and another dining table. This space is perfect for relaxed gatherings in any weather.
