ABOUT GOLF VILLA 43
Golf Villa 43 is a beautifully furnished three bedroom villa located on the Clarens Golf Estate. With stunning views of the surrounding mountains and the village of Clarens, this villa offers comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests. It is well suited for families or groups looking for a peaceful setting with easy access to the golf course and nearby attractions.

BEDROOMS AND LAYOUT
The villa features three en suite bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms each have a double bed, while the third bedroom contains four single beds, making it ideal for families or groups with children. All bedrooms are equipped with electric blankets for added comfort during cooler months.

BATHROOMS
Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom. Two of the bathrooms are fitted with showers, while the third bathroom includes a bath. All bathrooms are designed for convenience and privacy.

KITCHEN
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for self catering, including modern appliances and essential cookware. A tumble dryer and dishwasher are also provided to make longer stays more convenient.

LIVING AREAS AND ADDITIONAL SPACES
The villa offers a warm and inviting living area with a smart TV (guests use own streaming accounts.) A gas fireplace, with gas provided, ensures a cosy atmosphere on colder days. Outdoor braai facilities are available for guests who enjoy cooking outside, although wood or charcoal is not provided. Underfloor heating adds to the comfort of the home, making it suitable for year round stays.
