ABOUT GOLF VILLA 58 AMAZING GRACE
Golf Villa 58 Amazing Grace is a fully furnished self catering home located on the Clarens Golf and Leisure Estate. The villa accommodates up to six guests and offers peaceful surroundings, beautiful views, and convenient access to the golf course and the town of Clarens. It is an ideal choice for families or groups seeking comfort, space, and a relaxing stay.

BEDROOMS AND LAYOUT
The upper level features the master bedroom with a double bed, dresser, built in cupboards, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. This room opens onto the covered patio with views over the golf course.
The lower level includes two additional bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bath. The second bedroom has two single beds and an en suite bathroom with a shower. Both lower level bedrooms have dressing tables, built in cupboards, and direct outside access.
A second living area is located between the two lower level bedrooms and includes couches and a TV.

BATHROOMS
The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower.
The second bedroom on the lower level has an en suite bathroom with a bath.
The third bedroom on the lower level has an en suite bathroom with a shower.

KITCHEN
The upper level contains a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave oven, four plate gas hob, electric oven, toaster, sandwich press, and kettle. All necessary utensils, cutlery, and crockery are provided. A small scullery leads off the kitchen and includes a fridge freezer and sink. The scullery provides access to the double garage, which contains a washing machine and a dryer.

LIVING AREAS AND ADDITIONAL SPACES
The upper level offers a spacious open plan living area with a lounge, dining area with an eight seater dining table, and access to the covered patio. The patio includes a large table, a built in wood or charcoal braai, and beautiful views over the back nine of the course and towards Clarens.
A cast iron fireplace is available in the living area. Wood is not provided.
The lower level includes a second living area with seating and a TV, offering additional space for relaxation or for families needing separate areas.
