ABOUT GOLF VILLA 91
Golf Villa 91 is an upmarket self catering home located on the Clarens Golf Estate, just minutes from the village of Clarens in the Eastern Free State. Set in a quiet valley surrounded by the Maluti Mountains and close to the Golden Gate Highlands National Park, this villa offers a peaceful escape with breathtaking views. The home accommodates up to eight guests in four en suite bedrooms and provides a comfortable base for families, golfers, and leisure travellers seeking tranquility and natural beauty.
BEDROOMS AND LAYOUT
The villa features four spacious bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are set up with double beds, but single beds can be arranged on request and must be specified when making a booking. The rooms are designed for comfort and privacy, offering ample space and scenic surroundings.
BATHROOMS
Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a shower. Two of the bathrooms also include a bath. The bathrooms are modern, functional, and designed to provide convenience for all guests.
KITCHEN
The large self catering kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, fridge, stove, toaster, and kettle. Gas cooking facilities are available to assist during load shedding. The kitchen layout is ideal for preparing meals while enjoying time with family or friends.
LIVING AREAS AND ADDITIONAL SPACES
The living area includes a comfortable lounge with a wood burning fireplace, perfect for colder months. A smart TV with various streaming channels is provided, along with wifi for guest use. The veranda features a braai area suitable for wood or charcoal, which guests must supply. The villa offers beautiful views across the golf estate and surrounding mountains. Oil heaters are provided for additional warmth. No garage is available at Villa 91.

SERVICING IS NOT OPTIONAL AND A 1 HOUR TO 1.5 HOUR SERVICE WILL BE DONE SOMETIME BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 09:30 AND 12:30 DAILY (EXCLUDING THE DAY OF ARRIVAL, THE DAY OF DEPARTURE, SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS)
SERVICING CONSISTS OF A BASIC SURFACE CLEAN, MAKING UP BEDS AND UNLOADING THE DISH-WASHER, BUT NO LAUNDRY SERVICE OR CHANGE OF LINENS IS PROVIDED.
THE CLEANER WILL HAVE HER OWN SET OF KEYS AND GUESTS WILL NOT NEED TO LET THEM IN.
