Sliding doors throughout the house open onto the deck, creating an easy indoor/outdoor flow with beautiful views.

Main bedroom: Full ensuite bathroom and sliding door leading onto the deck with a view.
Bedroom 2: Double bedroom with wardrobe, study desk and chairs, plus direct access to the wooden deck.
Bedroom 3: Double bedroom with an additional single bed, wardrobe, study desk and chairs, and sliding door opening to the deck with a view.
Bedroom 4: Single bed with a study desk.

BATHROOMS
Bathroom 1: Full bath and shower, vanity basin, toilet and wall heater.

HOUSE RULES
Please look after the property and report any damages as soon as possible. Any damage may result in cost recovery from the guest. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 07:00. Only registered guests are allowed unless prior approval is given. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the house. Switch off heaters, electric blankets and all appliances before going out.

FIREPLACE SAFETY
Never leave the fireplace unattended. Children must be supervised at all times when the fireplace is in use. Keep the top and bottom vents open when starting a fire. Do not use anthracite or coal in the fireplace. Use only approved fire starters and firewood. Do not overload the stove beyond seventy percent of its capacity. Do not use firewood thicker than eight centimetres in circumference. Keep the stove door closed while the fireplace is operating. Ensure the fireplace is fully closed before going to sleep or leaving the property.
