ABOUT HANNICS RETREAT
Hannics Retreat is a warm and inviting cottage designed for comfort and relaxation. The property accommodates up to six guests across three well appointed bedrooms. It is located in a peaceful area and offers a fenced garden, a veranda with views, and convenient access to local attractions.

BEDROOMS AND LAYOUT
The cottage features three bedrooms. The main bedroom includes a standard queen size double bed and an en suite heated bathroom with a shower and a bath. A wooden cottage pane door opens directly onto the veranda. The second bedroom also has a standard queen size double bed and a wooden cottage pane door leading onto the veranda. The third bedroom is furnished with two standard single beds. Bedrooms two and three share a private bathroom with a bath and a shower, as well as a separate toilet. All beds are fitted with electric blankets and each bedroom has under carpet heating for added comfort during cold winter evenings.

BATHROOMS
The main bedroom has an en suite heated bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bath. The second bathroom, shared by bedrooms two and three, includes a bath and a shower with a separate toilet. Heating ensures a comfortable experience throughout the colder months.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped for six guests and includes a combination fridge and freezer, a microwave oven, and a four plate gas stove with an electric oven. All essential cookware and utensils are provided to make meal preparation easy and convenient.

LIVING AREAS AND ADDITIONAL SPACES
The open plan living area includes a lounge, dining room and kitchen. The lounge features a gas fired log fireplace and a television with DSTV. Wifi is provided. A built in braai facility is located on the veranda, offering an ideal space for outdoor cooking. A single lock up garage is situated on the side of the house. The property is fenced for added privacy and peace of mind.
