ABOUT HOPTON HOUSE
Hopton House is a welcoming home in Clarens, set in a peaceful area with a spacious open garden beside the Rooiberg mountain range. Guests can enjoy nearby walking trails, abundant bird life, and the convenience of being only a 15 minute walk from the Village Square. The house comfortably accommodates families or groups across four bedrooms arranged over two levels.

BEDROOMS AND LAYOUT
Downstairs you will find two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen size bed, electric blanket and oil heater.
Upstairs offers a third bedroom with a standard double bed, also with an electric blanket and oil heater. The fourth bedroom has two single beds with electric blankets. Bedrooms three and four share a bathroom located upstairs.

BATHROOMS
Downstairs there are two bathrooms. One has a bath, toilet and hand basin with a wall mounted bar heater. The second has a shower, toilet and hand basin with a wall mounted bar heater.
Upstairs the shared bathroom for bedrooms three and four includes a bath, toilet and hand basin.
Bathroom amenities are provided and include shower or bath gel, soap and body lotion.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, bar fridge and a standard fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities are available for guest use.

LIVING AREAS AND ADDITIONAL SPACES
The living area includes full DStv at no extra charge and three comfortable double couches. An open wood fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere. Guests must please supply their own wood for the fireplace and braai area. Children are welcome under supervision.
Oil heaters are provided in every room and the downstairs bathrooms have wall heaters.
Safe parking is available in a double lockup garage.
