ABOUT HUIS EMMA
Huis Emma is a warm and comfortably furnished self catering home set on its own private stand in a quiet part of Larola. The property is fully walled with established gardens and a secure outdoor area, making it ideal for families. The house accommodates up to six guests in three bedrooms and offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to all that Clarens has to offer.

BEDROOMS AND LAYOUT
The house offers three well appointed bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms each include a queen size bed, bedside tables and built in cupboards. One of these rooms also has a ceiling fan. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. The third bedroom features a queen size bed, built in cupboards, a dresser with mirror, a couch and an en suite bathroom. This room also has a private entrance leading directly into the garden.

BATHROOMS
The shared bathroom for the first two bedrooms includes a toilet, basin, bath and shower. The en suite bathroom in the third bedroom includes a toilet, basin and shower.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a four plate stove, oven and warming drawer, microwave, kettle and toaster. All necessary utensils, cutlery and crockery are provided. A breakfast nook forms part of the open plan layout.

LIVING AREAS AND ADDITIONAL SPACES
The open plan living area includes a comfortable lounge suite and a six seater dining table. The stoep outside the kitchen and living area is furnished with patio seating and a Weber braai. Guests have access to a double garage as well as additional parking for up to three more vehicles. The garden provides a secure and pleasant outdoor space for children to enjoy.
