Description

Consists of three seperate units, of which the Upper and Lower units can accommodate up to 6 guests in each and can be booked individually or combined. The third unit, Garden Bedroom, is a two sleeper situated next to the Lower Unit. Off street parking provided for each for up to 2 vehicles (no garage).

Both Upper and Lower units are set-up the same as follows:
Each unit has two bedrooms, the first with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and the second bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. All bedrooms lead onto the outside covered patio. Between the two bedrooms in each unit is the open plan living area, which consists of a corner couch suite, flat screen TV with DStv Explora package and a sleeper couch able to accommodate two further guest with bedding provided. In the centre of these areas are fireplaces. The kitchens are fully equipped with microwave, toaster, kettle, oven and gas hob. Each unit also has a large dining table, and access to the covered patios which have built in braai facilities. The Lower unit has access via the patio the the lawn.

The units are spacious and modern, and situated in the quite area of Clarens called The Ridge and have stunning views over the Kloof part of town and the mountains towards the North. Water is heated by gas and electricity is provided by solar panels, therefore the units have limited standard electrical plugs, though usb plugs are provided in all rooms for charging phones, laptops etc. Due to the solar electrical system, no hair dryers or oil heaters are provided. Heating is by wall panel heaters and the fireplaces. Wood is not provided for the fireplaces or the braai facilities.

The Garden Bedroom is a self contained two sleeper apartment which contains a double bed, kitchenette and en-suite bathroom with toilet, basin and shower. The kitchenette contains a microwave, kettle toaster and fridge/freezer combo.
